A FATHER'S LOVE: WE CAN COUNT ON HIM

Baca:

"Can a mother forget her nursing child? Can she feel no love for the child she has borne? But even if that were possible, I would not forget you! See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands." Isaiah 49:15-16 NLT

Thoughts for Today
God the Father is a perfect father. He loves us unconditionally. He promises that he will never forget us, that he has engraved us on the palms of his hands.

An earthly father might abuse us with words and actions, but our heavenly Father cares for us, protects us and comforts us.

Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. 1 Peter 5:7 AMP

An earthly father might abandon us. But our heavenly Father promises he will never leave us nor forsake us-and he always keeps his promises. The Bible promises that nothing, absolutely nothing, can separate us from his love.

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow-not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below-indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39 NLT

An earthly father might neglect us, but our heavenly Father is always attentive, always aware of what is happening, and always cares.

The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Psalm 37:23 NLT

Consider this ...
Even the best of earthly fathers make mistakes, but our heavenly Father is perfect. We can always, always count on him.

Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect. Matthew 5:48 NIV

Let your heavenly Father love you, comfort you, protect you and guide you. He will never let you down.
