Psalms 33

  1. Ps 33:1 Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.
  2. Ps 33:2 Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.
  3. Ps 33:3 Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.
  4. Ps 33:4 For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.
  5. Ps 33:5 He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.
  6. Ps 33:6 By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
  7. Ps 33:7 He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.
  8. Ps 33:8 Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
  9. Ps 33:9 For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.
  10. Ps 33:10 The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.
  11. Ps 33:11 The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
  12. Ps 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
  13. Ps 33:13 The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.
  14. Ps 33:14 From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.
  15. Ps 33:15 He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.
  16. Ps 33:16 There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.
  17. Ps 33:17 An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.
  18. Ps 33:18 Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;
  19. Ps 33:19 To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
  20. Ps 33:20 Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.
  21. Ps 33:21 For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.
  22. Ps 33:22 Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.

  2. Mzm 33:1 Bersorak-sorailah, hai orang-orang benar, dalam TUHAN! Sebab memuji-muji itu layak bagi orang-orang jujur.
  3. Mzm 33:2 Bersyukurlah kepada TUHAN dengan kecapi, bermazmurlah bagi-Nya dengan gambus sepuluh tali!
  4. Mzm 33:3 Nyanyikanlah bagi-Nya nyanyian baru; petiklah kecapi baik-baik dengan sorak-sorai!
  5. Mzm 33:4 Sebab firman TUHAN itu benar, segala sesuatu dikerjakan-Nya dengan kesetiaan.
  6. Mzm 33:5 Ia senang kepada keadilan dan hukum; bumi penuh dengan kasih setia TUHAN.
  7. Mzm 33:6 Oleh firman TUHAN langit telah dijadikan, oleh nafas dari mulut-Nya segala tentaranya.
  8. Mzm 33:7 Ia mengumpulkan air laut seperti dalam bendungan, Ia menaruh samudera raya ke dalam wadah.
  9. Mzm 33:8 Biarlah segenap bumi takut kepada TUHAN, biarlah semua penduduk dunia gentar terhadap Dia!
  10. Mzm 33:9 Sebab Dia berfirman, maka semuanya jadi; Dia memberi perintah, maka semuanya ada.
  11. Mzm 33:10 TUHAN menggagalkan rencana bangsa-bangsa; Ia meniadakan rancangan suku-suku bangsa;
  12. Mzm 33:11 tetapi rencana TUHAN tetap selama-lamanya, rancangan hati-Nya turun-temurun.
  13. Mzm 33:12 Berbahagialah bangsa, yang Allahnya ialah TUHAN, suku bangsa yang dipilih-Nya menjadi milik-Nya sendiri!
  14. Mzm 33:13 TUHAN memandang dari sorga, Ia melihat semua anak manusia;
  15. Mzm 33:14 dari tempat kediaman-Nya Ia menilik semua penduduk bumi.
  16. Mzm 33:15 Dia yang membentuk hati mereka sekalian, yang memperhatikan segala pekerjaan mereka.
  17. Mzm 33:16 Seorang raja tidak akan selamat oleh besarnya kuasa; seorang pahlawan tidak akan tertolong oleh besarnya kekuatan.
  18. Mzm 33:17 Kuda adalah harapan sia-sia untuk mencapai kemenangan, yang sekalipun besar ketangkasannya tidak dapat memberi keluputan.
  19. Mzm 33:18 Sesungguhnya, mata TUHAN tertuju kepada mereka yang takut akan Dia, kepada mereka yang berharap akan kasih setia-Nya,
  20. Mzm 33:19 untuk melepaskan jiwa mereka dari pada maut dan memelihara hidup mereka pada masa kelaparan.
  21. Mzm 33:20 Jiwa kita menanti-nantikan TUHAN. Dialah penolong kita dan perisai kita!
  22. Mzm 33:21 Ya, karena Dia hati kita bersukacita, sebab kepada nama-Nya yang kudus kita percaya.
  23. Mzm 33:22 Kasih setia-Mu, ya TUHAN, kiranya menyertai kami, seperti kami berharap kepada-Mu.
